L2+ Web-Managed Industrial Ethernet Switch with Gigabit connectivity for harsh industry environments

The Industrial 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet Layer 2+ Web-Managed Switch with 2 SFP Ports from Intellinet Network Solutions was designed to give you the network connections you need in places that are less than calm or temperate. With its rugged, IP30-rated metal housing, it operates reliably and quietly, even under extreme temperatures that range from -40 to 85℃ (-40 to 185°F). In combination with its DIN-rail mounting option and two safe redundant DC power inputs with power failure alarm and plenty of other safety features, this switch is ideal for IoT applications in Industry 4.0 and more. Featuring eight auto-sensing 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports, this unmanaged switch offers plenty of performance for the devices in your network. In addition, two small form-factor pluggable GBIC module slots (SFP) provide fiber connectivity for greater distances.

Advanced Management and Security Features

This switch comes with an impressive array of advanced management functions that gives you full control over your network and keeps you securely protected from ARP attacks. Among those functions are VLAN, port aggregation, QoS, port mirroring, SNMP management and Remote Monitoring (RMON). Port binding allows a specific MAC address to be bound to a port, and then only that MAC has the privilege to access the network. Thanks to 802.1X port-based access control, every user needs to be authorized first when they want to access the network. The access control list (ACL) lets you define access privilege based on IP or port number.
