Intellinet Network Solutions Warranty Policy
Intellinet Network Solutions warrants its products against defects in workmanship and materials for the period noted in the product features for the original purchaser. During this time frame, products may be returned for replacement with equivalent products at our discretion. This warranty does not cover moving parts or damages caused by: improper installation; improper repairs, servicing, or alterations; use of supplies or parts that do not meet our specifications; unauthorized modifications; failure to follow instructions; normal wear and tear; natural disasters and accidents, including fire, water, lightning, and other acts of nature; anything that is not a defect in material or workmanship. This warranty also does not cover: damage to items that occurs during shipment to the dealer; lost data, lost time, damaged software, or loss of revenue or profits; losses covered by your insurance; shipping costs and expenses; incidental and consequential damages not listed above. Some states or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Authorized Dealer Statement
Intellinet Network Solutions is committed to providing our customers with reliable products through authorized dealers. Products sold by dealers on a 3rd party marketplace will void any warranty associated with the product. If you purchase an Intellinet Network Solutions product from an unauthorized dealer your Intellinet Network Solutions warranty will not be valid.
If you return an item to Intellinet Network Solutions for replacement and the item is determined to be counterfeit, you will be notified via e-mail with instructions for retrieving your item. You will have 3 business days to request that the item be shipped back to you via UPS Ground at a shipping and handling fee of $50.
Should your product require replacement or service, first refer to the return policy of the merchant you purchased our product from. For warranty service during the covered time frame noted above, please complete our online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form found here –
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product being returned to Intellinet Network Solutions. Intellinet Network Solutions will pay the cost to send the replacement product to you via Ground shipping.
If the item you need to return is discontinued and no longer available, Intellinet Network Solutions will automatically replace the item with the closest item currently being manufactured. If there is no close replacement, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
