Power and Data from One PoE++ Connection
Industrial PoE++ Splitters for Gigabit and 10G Networks
Not every industrial network device is built with a native PoE input. When a device needs Ethernet data and separate DC power, a PoE splitter can simplify the connection by separating both from a single PoE-enabled network cable.
Choose Your Industrial PoE++ Splitter
Both models support up to 90 W PoE++ input and selectable DC output. Choose between Gigabit and 10G Ethernet performance based on your network.
Industrial Gigabit PoE++ Splitter 90 W
Model 509626
A Gigabit option for industrial equipment that needs separate Ethernet data and DC power from a PoE++ network connection.
Industrial 10G PoE++ Splitter 90 W
Model 509633
Designed for higher-bandwidth industrial networks that need the same PoE++ power-splitting capability with Ethernet speeds up to 10 Gbps.
PoE++ Input
Supports up to 90 W IEEE 802.3bt/at/af PoE input.
Selectable Output
Choose 12, 16, 24 or 48 V DC output.
Metal Housing
An IP50-rated metal housing supports industrial installations.
Wide Temperature Range
Rated for operation from -40 to 167°F (-40 to 75°C).
Start With the Connection
What Does a PoE++ Splitter Do?
Power over Ethernet carries network data and electrical power through the same Ethernet connection. That works directly when the connected device accepts PoE, but many industrial devices still require a conventional DC power input.
A PoE splitter separates that incoming connection again at the device end. Ethernet data continues to the device's network interface while power is provided through a separate DC output.
One PoE++ Connection, Two Outputs
Power and Ethernet data arrive over one network connection.
Separates incoming PoE into independent power and data connections.
Ethernet data and selectable DC power connect separately to the device.
Match the DC Output to the Device
Both industrial splitters provide selectable 12, 16 and 24 V output at 2.3 A or 48 V output at 1.25 A. That gives installers multiple voltage options from the same splitter instead of limiting the connection to a single fixed DC output.
Choose the Data Rate
Gigabit or 10G: Which Splitter Do You Need?
The core PoE++ and DC-output capabilities are similar, so the biggest difference between these models is network speed. Choose the version that matches the bandwidth requirements of the connected equipment and surrounding network.
Choose Gigabit
Select Model 509626 when the connected equipment and network operate at 10/100/1000 Mbps and do not require multi-gigabit bandwidth.
Choose 10G
Select Model 509633 when your network requires 2.5G, 5G or 10G connectivity in addition to standard 100M and Gigabit Ethernet speeds.
Designed for Industrial Operating Conditions
Network hardware installed outside a conventional office environment may need to operate through significant temperature changes and in equipment-focused spaces.
Both splitters feature an IP50 metal housing and an operating temperature range from -40 to 167°F (-40 to 75°C), making them suited to demanding industrial network installations.
What to Check Before Choosing a PoE Splitter
Matching the splitter to the connected equipment comes down to three main requirements: power, voltage and network speed.
Confirm that the PoE source can provide the power required by the connected device.
Match the splitter's selectable output setting to the voltage required by the device.
Choose Gigabit or 10G based on the data rate supported by the device and network.
